Sell your business without telling the whole market
List free. Buyers see an anonymous summary first and only unlock your financials after signing an NDA. Bring in an M&A advisor when you want one — not before.

How selling on SellSide works
Four steps from first draft to signed deal.
- 1
Create your listing
Paste your website or upload a pitch deck or financials and we draft the listing for you. Edit anything before you submit.
- 2
We review it
Every listing is checked by the SellSide team before it goes live, so buyers know what they're looking at is real.
- 3
Buyers sign an NDA
Serious buyers accept a confidentiality agreement before your detailed financials unlock.
- 4
Talk, negotiate, close
Answer enquiries, receive offers and move to a letter of intent. Add an advisor for valuation, negotiation or the full sale.
Confidential by default
Most owners don't want staff, customers or competitors to know they're selling. The platform is built around that.
- Anonymous public summary
- Your marketplace listing shows the industry, location and headline numbers. You choose the title and what it reveals.
- NDA before the detail
- NDA protection is on by default for every new listing. A buyer must accept it before your financials are shown.
- A record of every signature
- Each acceptance is logged with the buyer's name, email, time and IP address, and the buyer is emailed a PDF copy of what they agreed to.
Free to list
The Base plan is free and includes one active listing, a profile and full access to browse the marketplace.
New members also get every paid feature free for their first 6 months — messaging buyers, profile statistics, featured listings and more.
After that, keep listing on Base for free or move to a paid plan from $49 a month.
Advisory work — valuations, deal reviews, negotiation or a full sell-side mandate — is quoted separately, only if you ask for it.

Questions sellers ask
What does it cost to list?
Nothing on the Base plan, which covers one active listing. New members get paid features free for six months. Advisory help is optional and quoted separately.
Will my employees or competitors find out I'm selling?
Your public listing doesn't need to name the business. Detailed financials stay behind an NDA that each buyer must accept, and every acceptance is recorded.
What can I list?
A business for sale, a stake for investors, a franchise, business assets, a distributorship, or a request for a business loan.
Why isn't my listing live straight away?
New listings start as pending while the SellSide team reviews them. You can follow the status from your dashboard.
Do I need an advisor?
No. Many owners handle enquiries themselves. If you want help with pricing, buyer screening or negotiation, you can book an advisor at any stage.
How do I set an asking price?
Start with the free valuation calculator, which uses earnings multiples by industry and country. For a defensible number you can take into negotiation, request a professional valuation.
