Please read these terms carefully before using SellSide.

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using SellSide (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, business owners, investors and advisors.
2. The Platform
SellSide is a marketplace and advisory service that connects business owners, buyers, investors and advisors, and facilitates the discovery of merger, acquisition and investment opportunities. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not act as a broker, agent or fiduciary unless expressly engaged to do so under a separate advisory agreement.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Organisation accounts are responsible for the actions of their team members.
4. Listings & content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing, profile or content you post. You must have the right to sell or represent any business you list. We may review, moderate, remove or verify listings at our discretion, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the outcome of any transaction.
5. Confidentiality & NDAs
Certain information is protected behind non-disclosure agreements. By accepting an NDA on the Platform you agree to keep the disclosed information confidential and to use it solely to evaluate the relevant opportunity.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans and advisory services are billed as described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false information, infringing others' rights, attempting to circumvent fees, scraping data, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before entering into any transaction.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSide and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction between users.
10. Changes & contact
